Return Policy
You have 30 days to complete your return.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
There are no restocking fees.

Return Period
30 days from the delivery date. You have the right to return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have approved the return, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days to the same payment method you used for your order.

Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@oliviajohnsen.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include clear photos of the damages or issues if possible.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will respond and inform you on how to return the product. Depending on the reason for the return, you may need to provide additional information or documents.
Return with Shipping Costs: Send the product at your own expense to the provided address. Ensure that the product is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition and reason. We will process the refund accordingly. If you have damaged an item through your own fault, we cannot provide a refund for it. Similarly, we cannot provide a refund if you have sent us the wrong item.
Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
